Applications have opened for the 2025 Project Period KA131 Erasmus+ Startup (Project No: 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306882) Higher Education Consortium Staff Mobility. 

Applications submitted by our university staff applying for Staff Mobility for Training will be evaluated. Applications will be accepted between 31 December 2025 and 14 January 2026 via https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr.

The number of beneficiaries who will receive grants under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training for the 2025 Project Period may vary depending on the destination country, grant amounts, travel costs, and duration of the mobility. 

Within the scope of the 2025 Project Year Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training, 2 staff members will be selected to benefit from the activity.

In line with the consortium theme, 2 quotas under the Staff Mobility for Training call are allocated specifically for staff of the Strategy Development Department.

This call is thematic and specific in nature and aims solely to enhance the human resource capacity of the International Relations Office and the Strategy Development Department. Therefore, applications are accepted only from staff working in these units.

Selected candidates must complete their mobility activities by 31 July 2027. However, candidates who are entitled to participate must submit their invitation letters from the host institution to the Erasmus Coordination Office by 03 April 2026.

Mobility Agreement (Staff Mobility for Training Form): Not required at the application stage due to the consortium project nature.

A printed copy of the application form must be obtained, signed by the relevant supervisor of the applicant’s unit, and uploaded online together with the required attachments via turnaportal.ua.gov.tr.Applications of staff who do not complete this procedure will be considered invalid. 

Application Timeline

31 December 2025 – 14 January 2026:

Erasmus Staff Mobility for Training quotas and required application documents are published on the website of the International Relations Office Erasmus Institutional Coordination. Candidates wishing to benefit from the program submit their applications within this period and forward their application files to the relevant Erasmus coordinators.

16 January 2026:

The scores of applicants are announced on the Erasmus Coordination Office website. Staff members who wish to object to their scores may submit a formal objection petition to the Erasmus Coordination Office on this date.

The number of staff members who will benefit from the program with a grant is determined according to the budget allocated to our University by the National Agency.

The total number of staff members who may benefit from the program with or without a grant is limited to the quotas defined in the existing agreements.
