Within the scope of the (Additional Announcement) 2024 Project Year Erasmus+ Startup Higher Education Mobility Consortium Student Internship Mobility, the list of students who applied to benefit from the mobility activity is provided below:

Candidates who have been selected as grant-funded / principal must send their participation form or their withdrawal form to erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr no later than 16:00 on Friday, 12 December 2025.

Candidates who have been selected for the mobility but fail to notify their status by this deadline will be considered to have forfeited their rights and will be subjected to a –10 point penalty in the following Erasmus+ application processes.

Based on participation documents and invitation letters, candidates who are finalized as grant-funded/principal in the internship mobility results will be contacted for further information.

The minimum foreign language exam score required for Internship Mobility is 40 points. Students who passed the threshold and have been selected as principal candidates within the allocated quota are required to submit their invitation letters from the host institution to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office by 12 December 2025. Principal candidates who fail to submit their invitation letters by this date will lose their rights, and reserve candidates will be promoted as grant-funded principal in order of ranking. If a principal candidate submits their invitation letter on time, reserve candidates who submit their invitation letters after 12 December 2025 may be evaluated as non-grant-funded upon their request and with the approval of the commission.

Since the end date of the 2024 project period has been set as 31 July 2026, internship mobility activities planned after this date will not be valid. The internship period specified in the invitation letter must be completed no later than 31 July 2026. Internship mobility activities will be granted funding for 60 days. Students who wish to participate without grant support may benefit from the mobility provided that they meet the required criteria.

Students also have the right to withdraw from the mobility they were awarded.
