The results of the 2024 Project Term Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility applications have been announced.

Placements have been carried out in accordance with the criteria set forth in the 2024 Higher Education Institutions Application Handbook published by the National Agency. Accordingly, applicants were ranked based on their evaluation scores, and the top four (4) candidates with the highest scores were selected as main (principal) candidates, while the next four (4) candidates were designated as reserve candidates.

Reserve staff members who meet the eligibility criteria may participate in the mobility without receiving a grant, if they wish. The only difference for zero-grant participants is that they are not included in the budget calculations and no payment will be made to them.

Principal candidates must submit their signed participation petition in PDF format via e-mail to the Erasmus Coordination Office of the Directorate of International Relations at erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr no later than Friday, 20 February 2026, at 16:00.

Candidates who fail to submit their petition by the deadline will be deemed to have waived their rights, and reserve candidates will be contacted accordingly.

The Coordination Office reserves the right to make corrections/updates if any missing or incorrect information that may affect the evaluation scores of applicants is identified after this announcement.
