2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR ORHUN EXCHANGE PROGRAM CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Within the scope of the protocol signed under the Orhun Exchange Program between Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi — the Program Coordinator and a member of the Union of Turkish Universities — and Kayseri University, applications are now open for undergraduate students and faculty members who wish to participate in the exchange program during the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

Applications will be accepted for the departments specified in the official quota table.

Student Exchange Quota:

NOTE: 3 students to be sent from Kayseri University to Manas University

3 students to be received by Kayseri University from Manas University

Total quota: 6 students

Faculty Exchange Quota:

NOTE:

4 faculty members to be sent from Kayseri University to Manas University

4 faculty members to be received by Kayseri University from Manas University

Total quota: 8 faculty members

Application Process

Only academic staff holding the title of “Faculty Member” are eligible to apply.

Important Notes

• Only one semester and one university preference may be selected.
• All documents must be completed electronically; handwritten forms will not be accepted.

Financial Support

For Students:

• Travel expenses (round-trip economy airfare) will be covered by Kayseri University.
• Accommodation and meals will be covered by the host university.
• Visa fees, taxes, airport transfers, and similar expenses are the responsibility of the student.

For Faculty Members:

• Travel expenses (round-trip economy airfare) will be covered by Kayseri University.

Faculty members may leave the signature sections of the host university blank in the Mobility Program Form at the time of application. These sections may be completed after acceptance.

Application Criteria

For Students:

• Must be full-time undergraduate students enrolled in relevant departments at Kayseri University.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00.
• Preparatory class, first-year, and final-year students are not eligible.
• International students studying in a country other than their home country may apply, provided the host country is not their country of citizenship.

For Faculty Members:

• Must be faculty members working in the relevant departments listed in the announcement.
• Priority will be given to those who have not previously benefited from the Orhun Exchange Program.
• Applicants must contact the relevant departments at Manas University to determine proposed courses before completing their application documents.

Mobility Duration

Students:

• 1 semester (Spring Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year may be preferred)

Faculty Members:

• Minimum 14 days during the Spring Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year At least 6 teaching hours per week, including academic and scientific activities
