ERASMUS+ STUDENT TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY APPLICATIONS (2025 PROJECT & STARTUP CONSORTIUM)

Within the scope of the projects carried out by the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office under the Office of International Relations of our University, student mobility with European Union member countries is planned under the Erasmus+ Student Traineeship Mobility for the 2025 Project Period (2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000309777) and the Startup Higher Education Consortium (2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000306882).

The estimated number of students to be selected among eligible applicants is 5; however, this number may increase or decrease depending on the overall budget. Two selected students will be funded under the 2025 Consortium Project.

Students who are entitled to participate in the traineeship mobility will receive a grant for 60 calendar days, with 70% of the grant paid in advance. The relevant project periods will end on July 31, 2027, and selected students must complete and return from their mobility activities by this date at the latest. If the grant allocated by the Turkish National Agency is insufficient for all selected students, the Coordination Office may decide to fund a smaller number of students. Our University has allocated a total quota of 5 students from all faculties/institutes/vocational schools. Based on the application results, the 5 students with the highest final scores will be granted funding.

If applications are received from each unit, a selection may be made among faculties/institutes/vocational schools.

Students who wish to participate without a grant may do so if they meet the criteria. Students also have the right to waive their grant. If the number of eligible students exceeds the number of funded places, unfunded placements may be made based on transparency and equality principles by the Erasmus Selection Committee.

Applications will be submitted via: https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/

Applicants must log in through e-Government, search for Kayseri University, and access the announcement titled: "Erasmus+ Student Traineeship Mobility Applications for the 2025 Project Period and Startup Higher Education Consortium Have Started." Selected candidates must submit their invitation letters from the host institution by May 4, 2026.
