Kayseri Üniversitesi 2024-2025 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci Yerleştirme Sonuçları ve Kayıt Duyurusu

2024-2025 Eğitim Öğretim Yılında Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci olarak Üniversitemizde okumak isteyen adayların başvuruları komisyonumuz tarafından değerlendirilmiş ve yerleştirme işlemi yapılmıştır. Üniversitemize yerleştirmesi yapılmış adaylara elektronik ortamda Kabul Mektubu gönderilecektir.

Yerleştirme Sonucunuzu https://sis.kayseri.edu.tr/oibs/foa_app/ adresinden, başvuruda kullanmış olduğunuz kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizle öğrenebilirsiniz. 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca liste açık olarak yayımlanmamaktadır.

Yurt dışından öğrenci kabulü işlemleri sonucunda, 2024-2025 eğitim-öğretim yılında Üniversitemiz yükseköğretim programlarına girmeye hak kazanan adayların kesin kayıtları, 16-24 Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında aşağıda belirtilen evraklarla şahsen Kayseri Üniversitesi Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığına yapılacaktır.

KESİN KAYIT İÇİN İSTENEN BELGELER

a) Lise diplomasının aslı veya noter veya resmi makamlarca tasdikli sureti ve yeminli tercüman ve noterden onaylı Türkçe çevirisi,

b) Lise transkriptinin aslı veya noter veya resmi makamlarca tasdikli sureti ve yeminli tercüman ve noterden onaylı Türkçe çevirisi,

c) Sınav sonuç belgesinin aslı,

d) Pasaportun aslı ve yeminli tercüman ve noterden onaylı Türkçe çevirisi,

e) Birinci sınıfa kayıt olma hakkı kazananların dönemlik öğrenim ücretinin yatırıldığını gösteren banka dekontu,

f) YTB’li Öğrenciler için: Geçerli sağlık sigortası (SGK)

g) Türkiye dışından gelen adayların ülkelerindeki veya en yakın Türk dış temsilciliklerinden, Türkiye'de bulunan adayların ise İl Emniyet Müdürlüklerinden alacakları “öğrenim vizesi”,

h) Uluslararası geçerliliği olan Yabancı Dil - Türkçe yeterlik belgesinin ülkelerindeki Türk dış temsilciliklerince onaylanmış aslı,

i) Türkiye’de ikamet eden adayların İkametgâh tezkeresi,

j) Türkiye’de ikamet eden adayların Yabancı Uyruklu Kimlik Numarası,

k) İki (2) Adet 4,5x6,0 cm ebadında fotoğraf (son 6 ay içerisinde, ön cepheden çekilmiş ve adayı kolaylıkla tanıtabilecek şekilde olmalı

KAYITLA İLGİLİ ÖNEMLİ NOTLAR

1. Kesin Kayıt için yukarıda belirtilen kayıtta istenilen belgelerin Kayseri Üniversitesi Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığına kayıt tarihleri içerisinde teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.

2. İlanda belirtilen süre içerisinde yapılmayan başvurular dikkate alınmayacaktır.

3. Kayıt için istenen belgelerin onaysız sureti veya fotokopisi kabul edilmez.

4. Belgeler eksik ise kayıt yapılmaz.

5. Belirtilen tarihler arasında kaydını yaptırmayan aday herhangi bir hak iddia edemez.

Kayseri University 2024-2025 Academic Year Foreign Student Placement Results and Registration Announcement

Applications of candidates who want to study at our University as Foreign Students in the 2023-2024 Academic Year have been evaluated by our commission and the Additional Placement process has been carried out. An Acceptance Letter will be sent electronically to candidates who have been placed at our university.

You can learn your placement result at https://sis.kayseri.edu.tr/oibs/foa_app/ with your username and password you used in your application. In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), the list is not published openly.

Final Registrations will be made to Kayseri University Student Affairs Department personally with the following documents between the dates 16th-24th of September,2024

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

a) The original high school diploma or a notarized or officially certified copy, along with a Turkish translation certified by a sworn translator and notary.

b) The original high school transcript or a notarized or officially certified copy, along with a Turkish translation certified by a sworn translator and notary.

c) The original exam result document,

d) The original passport and its Turkish translation certified by a sworn translator and notary.

e) A bank receipt showing that the semester tuition fee for those eligible to enroll in the first year has been paid

f) For the Students of “International Turkish Scholarship Recipients’’ (YTB): Valid health insurance (SGK).

g) A “student visa’’ obtained by candidates coming from outside Türkiye from their home country or the nearest Turkish consulate, or by candidates already in Türkiye from the Provincial Directorate of Security.

h) The original of an internationally recognized Foreign Language - Turkish proficiency certificate, certified by the Turkish consulate in the candidate’s home country.

i) A residence certificate for candidates residing in Türkiye.

j) The Foreign National Identification Number for candidates residing in Türkiye.

k) Two (2) passport-sized photos (4.5 x 6.0 cm), (taken within the last 6 months, from the front, and clearly identifying the candidate)

IMPORTANT NOTES ON REGISTRATION

1. The documents required for final registration, as listed above, must be submitted to the Kayseri University Directorate of Student Affairs within the specified registration dates.

2. Applications not made within the specified period in the announcement will not be considered.

3. An unauthorized copy or photocopy of the documents requested for registration is not accepted.

4. If the documents are incomplete, registration will not be processed.

5. Candidates who do not complete their registration within the specified dates will forfeit any claims to their admission rights.
