Within the scope of the 2024 Project Year Erasmus+ Startup Higher Education Mobility Consortium Student Internship Mobility, the list of students who applied to benefit from the mobility activity and their current status is as follows:

Candidates who have been selected as grant recipients / main list must send their participation declarations or withdrawal letters to erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr no later than Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 16:00.

The minimum passing score for the Foreign Language Exam for internship mobility is 40.

Candidates who do not submit their notification by this deadline will be deemed to have waived their rights, and a penalty of -10 points will be applied in future Erasmus+ application processes.

The final placement results for the internship mobility will be announced at a later date, taking into consideration participation documents and invitation letters.

Students who have passed the threshold score and are listed in the final results as eligible for the internship mobility must submit their invitation letters from the host institution to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office by May 23, 2025.

Students who fail to submit their invitation letters by this date will be considered as reserves, and if they later submit their invitation letters after May 23, 2025, their status will be re-evaluated by the commission depending on budget availability.

Mobility activities for the 2024 project period must be completed by July 31, 2026. According to this, the internship mobility must be concluded no later than May 31, 2026, as stated in the invitation letter.

The estimated number of students to be sent, selected from candidates who meet the criteria within the available quotas, is 2. However, this number may increase or decrease depending on the overall budget situation. Unused quotas by faculties can be transferred to other faculties or vocational schools and used accordingly. If applications are received from all faculties/institutes/vocational schools, an elimination process may be carried out among them.

Students who wish to participate without receiving a grant may benefit from the mobility program provided they meet the criteria. Students also have the right to waive their grant entitlements.
