Candidates who have been selected as funded (grant-holder) / principal (main list) are required to submit either their participation petition or a waiver (withdrawal) petition to erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr no later than Friday, May 8, 2026, at 16:00.

Candidates who have been selected for mobility but fail to notify by this deadline will be deemed to have waived their rights and will be subject to a -10 point penalty in future Erasmus+ application processes.

The minimum required score for the Foreign Language Exam for Traineeship Mobility is 40. Students who have exceeded the threshold and are entitled to participate as principal candidates within the quota must submit their invitation letters from the host institution to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office by May 8, 2026, at 16:00. Principal candidates who fail to submit their invitation letters by this deadline will lose their rights, and reserve candidates will replace them respectively as funded participants.

If a principal candidate submits the invitation letter within the specified time, reserve candidates who submit their invitation letters after May 8, 2026, 16:00 may be evaluated as non-funded (without grant), subject to the request of the candidate and the decision of the commission.

Since the end date of the 2025 project period is July 31, 2027, traineeship activities planned beyond this date will not be considered valid. The traineeship must be completed no later than July 31, 2027, as stated in the invitation letter. The funded duration for traineeship mobility is 2 months. Students also have the right to withdraw from the mobility they have been granted.

NOTE 1: Students who are entitled to participate following the 2025 traineeship call are strongly advised not to purchase flight tickets, accommodation, or make similar arrangements before completing visa appointment and procedures. Any potential expenses will not be covered by the coordination office in case of visa refusal.

NOTE 2: If beneficiaries have not completed their departure procedures by the start date specified in their invitation letters, they will be considered to have withdrawn from the activity.
