Applications are now open for the staff of our university who wish to participate in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training activity within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme and the 2024 Project Term.

Applications for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training under the 2024 Project Year will be accepted online via the application portal at Turna Portal between 07–21 May 2026, until 13:00 on Thursday, 21 May 2026.

“Kayseri University 2024 Project Term (2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000201496) and Startup Higher Education Consortium (2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000235865) Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training Additional Call.”

The number of beneficiaries who will receive grants under the Erasmus+ 2024 Staff Mobility for Training project may vary depending on the destination country, grant amounts, travel support, and mobility duration. All applications will be ranked according to their scores, and our university plans to allocate a total of 3 quotas for staff participation. The number of quotas may increase or decrease depending on the available budget.

Applicants wishing to benefit from the Training Mobility activity are required to upload an invitation letter obtained from the host institution as part of their application documents.

In order to enable a greater number of staff members to benefit from the allocated grant budget, the maximum funded activity duration for mobility with Programme Countries has been determined as 3 consecutive working days excluding travel days. In addition, 2 travel days (one for departure and one for return) will be funded. Furthermore, travel support will be provided based on the distance between the home and host institutions. The minimum funded activity duration for staff mobility cannot be less than 2 days.

The grant provided under staff mobility is intended as a contribution and does not aim to cover all expenses incurred abroad.

For staff members who are entitled to participate in the mobility and who submit all required documents completely before the start date of the activity, the grant payment will be made in a single installment prior to the mobility. However, if the mobility is deemed unsuccessful, the full amount of the grant paid will be recovered.

Applicants who do not submit a valid foreign language score will not be evaluated.

Candidates who are selected for mobility must complete their activities by 31 July 2026. Applicants are required to upload their invitation letters and all application documents completely to the Turna Portal system and submit them to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office by 13:00 on Thursday, 21 May 2026. Applications of candidates who fail to submit the invitation letter and required documents will be considered invalid.

All applications must be submitted via the Turna Portal. Applications sent via e-mail will not be considered.
