The application results for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training Additional Call under the 2024 Project Period (2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000201496) and the Startup Higher Education Consortium (2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000235865) have been announced.

Placements were carried out in accordance with the criteria specified in the 2024 Implementation Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Turkish National Agency. Accordingly, applicants were ranked based on their scores, and the first three candidates with the highest scores were selected as main candidates, while the next three candidates were designated as reserve candidates.

Staff members on the reserve list may participate in the mobility activity without receiving a grant if they wish. The only difference for zero-grant staff members is that they are not included in the budget calculations and no payment will be made to them.

Candidates selected as main participants are required to submit their participation or withdrawal petitions in PDF format via e-mail to the Erasmus Coordination Office of the International Relations Office at erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr no later than Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 16:00. Candidates who fail to submit a petition by the specified deadline will be deemed to have withdrawn from their rights, and reserve candidates will be contacted respectively for the relevant quota.

For the 2024 project period, the mobility activity must be completed by July 31, 2026, at the latest.

Objections regarding the scoring may be submitted via e-mail to the International Relations Office at erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr until May 22, 2026, at 13:00.

Our Coordination Office reserves the right to make corrections/updates in case any missing or incorrect information affecting the applicants’ scores is identified after this announcement.
