2024 Project Year Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Learning Applications are now open
2024 Project Year Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies Applications are now open
Our university plans to exchange students with European Union member countries for Erasmus+ Student Mobility for the 2024 Project Year Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies within the scope of the projects carried out within the Erasmus Institution Coordinatorship of the International Relations Office. The announcement in question covers the 2025-2026 academic year Fall Semester student mobility for studies activity. The estimated number of students planned to be sent among the candidates who meet the criteria suitable for the quotas is 2. However, this number may increase/decrease according to the general budget situation. It has been determined that those who apply for student mobility will be given grant support for 1 semester and the first payment rates will be 70%. The relevant project period will end on July 31, 2026 and mobility activities must be completed by this date.
It is planned to allocate a total of 2 quotas for students from each faculty/institute/school of our university. According to the application results, the 2 students with the highest final score will be awarded grants. If there is an application from each faculty/institute/school, a selection can be made between faculties/schools/institutes. Students who want to benefit from the activity without a grant can benefit from the mobility without a grant if they can meet the criteria. At the same time, students have the right to waive their grant rights. In the event that the number of students who can qualify under the quotas is higher than the number of students who can be granted, the Erasmus Coordinatorship can make a grant-free placement by considering the principle of transparency and equality with the decision of the senior management / selection commission.
Applications will be received from https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/.
