The applications of our university staff who apply for the mobility to receive education will be evaluated. Applications will be received at https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr between 20 December 2024 - 03 January 2025. Within the scope of 2023 Project Period Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training, the number of people who will benefit from the grant amount allocated to our institution may vary depending on the country and grant amounts, travel amount and duration.

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme, 2 people will be selected within the scope of the 2023 Project Year Study Mobility within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme to benefit from the activity.

In accordance with the consortium theme; 2 quotas in the announcement of Staff Mobility for Acceptance of Education are reserved for the applications of the staff of the Strategy Development Department.

!This advertisement is of a specific theme and nature and aims to increase the quality of human resources only for the Directorate of Foreign Relations Office and the Strategy Department. For this reason, only the applications of the personnel in the relevant units are accepted.

Candidates who are entitled to benefit from mobility must complete their activities until 31 May 2025. However, eligible candidates must submit the invitation letters received from the counter institution to the Erasmus Coordinator until 3 March 2025.

-Letter of Invitation (As it is a Consortium Project, Letter of Invitation will not be requested during the application)

-Staff Mobility Agreement - Training (Staff Mobility Agreement Form) (Due to the fact that it is a Consortium Project, Mobility Agreement document will not be requested during the application).

A printout of the application form will be taken and uploaded online with its attachments by having it signed by the relevant supervisor of the unit he/she is assigned (https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/). The application of the personnel who do not do this will be deemed invalid.

- 20 December 2024 - 03 January 2025: Erasmus Staff Mobility for Study Mobility quotas and necessary application documents are published on the website of the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office of the Directorate of Foreign Relations Office. Candidates who wish to benefit from the programme, after making their applications between these dates, create their application files and submit them to the relevant department Erasmus coordinators.

- 06 January 2025: The score status of the applicants is announced on the Erasmus Coordination Office website. Staff who have an objection to the score status apply to the Erasmus Coordination Office with an objection petition within these dates.

- The total number of staff to benefit from the programme with or without grant is limited to the quotas defined in the existing agreements.
