Applications have started for the academic staff of our university who want to participate in the 2022 Project Year Staff Training Mobility within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program.

The applications of the academic staff of our university who apply for the mobility to receive education will be evaluated. Applications will be received from https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/ between 03 - 17 June 2024. 2022 Project Period Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Study Mobility, academic staff who will apply for Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Study Mobility must first access the advertisement named "Kayseri University 2022 Project Period Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Study Mobility Additional Announcement" by logging in to the application link via E-devlet.

Within the scope of 2022 Project Period Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility, the number of people who will benefit from the grant amount allocated to our institution may vary depending on the country and grant amounts, travel amount and duration.

All applications will be ranked according to their scores and 5 people will be selected to benefit from the activity. In the selection process, priority will be given to staff, units and departments that have not benefited before.

Units that do not have an agreement can also benefit from the Study Activity. Applicants who will apply from units that do not have an agreement must attach the invitation letters received from the counter institution or a document in which the counter institution declares that they will accept them to their application files. Otherwise, their applications will be deemed invalid.

Personnel who do not declare their language score will not be evaluated.

For the 2022 Project Year, candidates who are entitled to benefit from mobility must have received their invitation letters between 01-28 July 2024 and completed their mobility activities between this date. However, the eligible candidates must submit the invitation letters received from the counter institution to the Erasmus Coordinator until June 24, 2024.

Candidates who do not submit the invitation letter will lose their rights and will be replaced by substitute candidates. Candidates are required to read the information on ERASMUS+ Staff Training Mobility and the application process in detail before submitting their applications.

- Training (Staff Mobility -Agreement Form) (Mobility Agreement document must be submitted during the application)

NOTE: If any of the above documents are missing, the application will be invalid.

- 03 - 17 June 2024: Erasmus Staff Mobility for Training quotas and required application documents are published on the website of the Erasmus Coordinatorship of the International Affairs Office. Candidates who wish to benefit from the program, after making their applications between these dates, create their application files and submit them to the relevant department Erasmus representatives.

- June 24, 2024: The score status of the applicants is announced on the Erasmus Coordination Office website. Personnel who have an objection to the score status apply to the Erasmus Coordination Office with an objection petition on these dates.

Attention Departmental Erasmus Representatives;

Department/Unit Erasmus Representatives are required to review the applications collected until Friday, June 14, 2024 at 17.00 and forward them to the relevant Department Heads with a cover letter.

Important notes

- The number of staff who will benefit from the program with grant is determined by the National Agency in line with the budget to be allocated to our University.

- The total number of personnel to benefit from the program with or without grant is limited to the quotas defined in the existing agreements.
