The list of students who applied to benefit from the mobility activity within the scope of Erasmus+ Student Internship Mobility for the 2023 Project Year is as follows:

The candidates who are determined to have won as Grant / Noble must send their participation petitions or waiver petitions to erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr until 17.00 on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the latest. The Foreign Language Exam score threshold for Internship Mobility is 40.

Candidates who do not notify by this date will be deemed to have waived their rights and will be subject to a -10 point penalty in subsequent Erasmus+ application processes.

The final placement result for the internship mobility will be announced at a later date, taking into account the participation documents and invitation letters.

In order to benefit from the internship mobility, all students who have passed the threshold score must submit an invitation letter by July 05, 2024. Students who have not declared their invitation letters until this date will remain in the reserve status, and the status of these students will be re-evaluated by the commission in proportion to the budget if they bring an invitation letter after July 05, 2024. The 2023 project period will end on 31.07.2025 and mobility activities must be completed by this date. In your internship invitation letter, the mobility must be completed on 31.07.2025 at the latest.

The estimated number of students planned to be sent to the quotas of our university among the candidates who meet the appropriate criteria is 4, but this number may increase/decrease depending on the general budget situation. Quotas not used by faculties can be transferred to other faculties / colleges and used. In case there is an application from each faculty/institute/school, a selection can be made among faculties/schools/institutes.

Students who want to benefit from the activity without a grant can benefit from mobility if they meet the criteria. At the same time, students have the right to waive their grant rights.
