The list containing the status of the students who applied to benefit from the mobility activity within the scope of Erasmus+ Student Learning Mobility for the 2024 Project Year is as follows:

Candidates who are determined to have won as Grant / Noble must send their participation petitions or waiver petitions to erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr until 16.00 on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the latest. The Foreign Language Exam score threshold for Study Mobility is 40.

Candidates who do not notify by this date will be deemed to have waived their rights and will be subject to a -10 point penalty in subsequent Erasmus+ application processes.

The final placement result for the study mobility will be announced at a later date, taking into account the participation petitions.

Students who will benefit from learning mobility must submit their participation petitions until March 13, 2025. Students who have not declared their participation petitions until this date will remain in the reserve status, and the status of these students will be re-evaluated by the commission in proportion to the budget if they bring a participation petition after March 13, 2025. 2024 project period mobility activities must be completed by July 31, 2026.

Selected students must carry out their study mobility in the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. All selected students will be selected to receive a grant for a maximum of one semester. The maximum period for which the selected student will receive a grant is limited to one academic semester including the date range specified in the invitation letter. In case the mobility period is below the minimum period (3 full months for study mobility), no grant payment will be made for the mobility in question. If there is no force majeure that requires the student to return early, it is not accepted because it does not comply with the minimum activity duration requirement.

If you are selected as a principal for the study mobility, your nomination process for the universities you have won will be carried out by the Directorate of International Relations Office / Erasmus Institution Coordinatorship. However, since the final decision will be made by the counter institutions, it is not certain whether you will be able to carry out your study mobility at the university you have won. For this reason, in case of not being accepted by the counter institutions, the nomination process will be made to other universities you have preferred in the application form.

The estimated number of grant students planned to be sent among the candidates who meet the criteria for the quotas of our university is 2, but this number may increase/decrease depending on the general budget situation. Students who want to benefit from the activity without a grant can benefit from mobility if they meet the criteria. Students also have the right to waive their grant rights.
