Candidates who are determined to have won as Grant / Noble must send their participation petitions or waiver petitions to erasmus@kayseri.edu.tr until 17.00 on Friday, 15 November 2024 at the latest. The Foreign Language Exam score threshold for Internship Mobility is 40.

Candidates who do not notify until this date will be deemed to have waived their rights and will be subject to a -10 point penalty in the subsequent Erasmus+ application processes.

The final placement result for internship mobility will be announced at a later date, taking into account the participation documents and invitation letters.

All students who have passed the threshold score to benefit from internship mobility must bring an invitation letter until 22 November 2024. Students who have not declared their invitation letters until this date will remain in the reserve status, and the status of these students will be re-evaluated by the commission in proportion to the budget if they bring an invitation letter after 22 November 2024. 2023 project period mobility activities must be completed by 31 May 2025. In your internship invitation letter, the mobility must be completed on 31.05.2025 at the latest.

The estimated number of students planned to be sent to the quotas of our university among the candidates who meet the appropriate criteria is 2, but this number may increase/decrease depending on the general budget situation. Quotas that are not used by faculties can be transferred to other faculties / colleges and used. If there is an application from each faculty/institute/school, a selection can be made among faculties/schools/institutes.

Students who want to benefit from the activity without a grant can benefit from mobility if they can meet the criteria. At the same time, students have the right to waive their grant rights.
