2023 Project Year Erasmus+ Student Internship Mobility Applications are now open

Our university plans to exchange students with European Union member countries within the scope of Erasmus+ Student Internship Mobility for the 2023 Project Year. The estimated number of students planned to be sent among the candidates who meet the criteria for the quotas is 4, but this number may increase/decrease depending on the general budget situation. It has been determined that those who apply for student internship mobility will be given grant support for 60 calendar days and the first payment rates will be 70%. The relevant project periods will end on July 31, 2025 and mobility activities must be completed by this date. Applications will be received from https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/. Students who will apply for Erasmus Student Internship Mobility must first log in to the application link via E-devlet and access the advertisement titled "Kayseri University 2023 Project Year Erasmus + Student Internship Mobility Applications have started".

It is planned to allocate a total of 4 quotas for students from each faculty/institute/school of our university. Within the applications, 1 quota is reserved for Program Related Countries and 1 quota is reserved for Non-Program Related Countries. According to the results of the announcement, the 2 students with the highest academic success will be awarded grants from the 2023 Consortium Project. Quotas not used by faculties can be used by other faculties. If there is an application from each faculty/institute/school, a selection can be made between faculties/schools/institutes. Students who want to benefit from the activity without a grant can benefit from mobility if they can meet the criteria. At the same time, students have the right to waive their grant rights.
