KAYSERI UNIVERSITY ADMISSION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS TO ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

CANDIDATES WHO WILL APPLY:

1. Candidates who will apply must be under 26 (twenty-six) years old.

2. Provided that the candidates who will apply are in the last year of high school or have a graduated status; those who are foreign nationals [Provided that those studying in secondary education (high school) institutions in Turkey have registered before the 2022-2023 academic year (except Embassy schools, International private educational institutions included in the MOBIS system and foreign nationals brought to our country within the framework of the project carried out by the Ministry of National Education) can apply.

3. Applicants, who are Turkish citizens by birth but have lost their Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission from the Ministry of Interior to renounce their Turkish citizenship, as well as those who document that they have a blue card issued to those who have lost their Turkish citizenship upon request [Provided that those studying at secondary education (high school) institutions in Turkey have registered before the 2022-2023 academic year (Article 7 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 “(1) children born in or out of Turkey born in lawful wedlock of a Turkish citizen mother or father is a Turkish citizen." , and it is recommended for candidates, who will apply for admission quotas from abroad to study, to read the Turkish Citizenship Law)] can apply.

4. Those who become Turkish citizens with citizenship acquired later while being a foreign citizen / dual nationals in this situation can apply [provided that those studying at secondary education (high school) institutions in Turkey have registered before the 2022-2023 academic year].

5. The Turkish national students who attended secondary education abroad before 01/02/2013, those who completed the last three years of secondary education (high school) in a foreign country except the TRNC [including those who completed all of their secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country outside the TRNC] can apply for student admission quotas from abroad.

6. Those who have completed all of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country other than the TRNC [including those who have completed all of their secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than the TRNC] can apply for admission quotas of candidates who have started secondary education abroad after 01/02/2013.

EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS:

1. The evaluation, acceptance and placement procedures of the applicant candidates are carried out by the Foreign Student Admission Commission. The university is free to fill the announced quotas or not. Having met the application conditions does not require acceptance for placement. Applications of candidates who do not meet the application requirements are not taken into consideration. The registrations of those who are determined not to meet the application requirements are canceled. Additional quotas may also be announced if necessary.

2. An acceptance letter is sent by the University to the candidates who have the right to enroll in the university.

3. The evaluation process and placement of candidates are at the discretion of Kayseri University. Kayseri University is tolerant about filling quotas. Additional quotas may be announced if necessary. Meeting the application requirements does not guarantee admission to the University. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be evaluated. Registration of those who do not meet the application conditions will be canceled.
