KAYSERI UNIVERSITY ADMISSION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS TO ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

(2025-2026 Academic Year)

CANDIDATES WHO WILL APPLY:

1. Candidates who will apply must be under 26 (twenty-six) years old.

2.Applicants who are in their final year of high school or who have already graduated may apply, provided that foreign nationals have not received and are not receiving their secondary education (high school) in Türkiye (with the exception of embassy schools, international private educational institutions listed in the MOBİS system, and foreign nationals brought to Türkiye within the scope of projects carried out by the Ministry of National Education).

3. Applicants who were Turkish citizens by birth but lost their Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission from the Ministry of Interior, as well as those who can document that they hold a Blue Card issued upon request to persons who have lost Turkish citizenship (provided that they have not received and are not receiving their secondary education (high school) in Türkiye or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) may apply. (Article 7 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 states that: “A child born in or outside Türkiye to a Turkish citizen mother or father within a marital union is a Turkish citizen.” Applicants applying under international student quotas are advised to review the Turkish Citizenship Law.)

4. Applicants who acquired Turkish citizenship at a later date while previously holding foreign nationality, as well as dual citizens in this situation, (provided that they have not received and are not receiving their secondary education (high school) in Türkiye or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) may apply.

5. Applicants who are Turkish citizens and who have completed the entirety of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country, excluding the TRNC, (including those who completed their entire secondary education at Turkish schools abroad established under the Ministry of National Education) may apply.

6. Applicants who are citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and who reside in the TRNC and have completed their secondary education (high school) in the TRNC with GCE A Level results, as well as those who enrolled in and completed their education at colleges or high schools in other countries between 2005 and 2010 and have or will obtain GCE A Level results, or TRNC citizens who have completed the entirety of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country and hold a TR-YÖS result, may apply.

EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS:

1. The evaluation, acceptance and placement procedures of the applicant candidates are carried out by the Foreign Student Admission Commission. The university is free to fill the announced quotas or not. Having met the application conditions does not require acceptance for placement. Applications of candidates who do not meet the application requirements are not taken into consideration. The registrations of those who are determined not to meet the application requirements are canceled. Additional quotas may also be announced if necessary.

2. An acceptance letter is sent by the University to the candidates who have the right to enroll in the university.

3. The evaluation process and placement of candidates are at the discretion of Kayseri University. Kayseri University is tolerant about filling quotas. Additional quotas may be announced if necessary. Meeting the application requirements does not guarantee admission to the University. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be evaluated. Registration of those who do not meet the application conditions will be canceled.
