Our University's Spring Semester Course Registrations for the 2023-2024 Academic Year will take place between February 12th and 20th, 2024.

The course registrations will begin on Monday, February 12th, 2024, at 13:00, and will end on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, at 17:30.

There will be no excuse registrations during the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year. It is mandatory for our students to complete their course registrations within the announced date range. Only students who complete their course registration during the registration week will be able to perform Course Add or Course Drop operations on February 21-23, 2024.

• Our students are required to select their courses and submit them for advisor approval using the course registration service at https://sis.kayseri.edu.tr/oibs/ogrenci/login.aspx.
• The course registrations submitted for approval will be finalized once they are approved by the advisor.
• Outside of the course registration period, course registrations cannot be made. There will be no excuse registrations. Only course additions and deletions will be allowed. To prevent students from being disadvantaged, they must complete their course registration process on time.
• Students who do not register for courses during the course registration period will not be able to benefit from any student rights during that respective period.
• Our students can make their Contribution Fee / Tuition Fee payments by entering their Student ID Number in the field specified for the T.C. Identification Number. They can do this at Halk Bank branches throughout Turkey, using Halk Bank Internet Banking, and Halkbank ATMs.

*Students who pay the tuition fee in full can register for courses by presenting their receipts to the Student Affairs Office.
