An online information meeting on Erasmus+ student mobility was held for Erasmus Unit/Department Coordinators by the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office of the International Relations Office of our University on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting began with an introduction to the International Relations Office. The student mobility process under the Erasmus+ exchange programme was then discussed under various headings. Information was provided on recent changes and current practices introduced during the ongoing project period, required documents and procedures, as well as the Student Mobility Call for Applications, which will be announced soon. The steps to be followed throughout the application process were also explained.

The meeting continued with a question-and-answer session and was attended by Erasmus Unit/Department Coordinators. We would like to thank all academic staff members for their participation.
