An information, orientation, and experience-sharing meeting was held by the Head of the International Relations Office and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, Lecturer Seyit Murat YESBEK, and Erasmus Specialist, Lecturer Gözde ÇULFACI, with the participation of students who were selected to take part in the Erasmus+ Student Traineeship Mobility Programme. The meeting took place at the International Relations Office on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Within the scope of the meeting, students were informed about the Erasmus traineeship mobility process, the required documents, the procedures to be completed before and after the mobility period, and the rules to be followed throughout the process. In addition, students who had previously benefited from the Erasmus Programme shared their experiences, and the meeting was completed interactively by answering the questions raised by the participants.
