As part of the unit quality activities of DIOB, a Risk Assessment analysis of DIOB's operations was conducted. In this context, the DIOB Unit Quality Commission provided information on how risks related to the professional development and performance improvement of employees are evaluated through the Quality Management System (BKYS) and how the follow-up is carried out within the system.
